Outstanding. Quick and thorough. My conservatory door lock failed without warning at the worst possible time, just as I was about to go on holiday. I just couldn’t lock the door.

He came and did the work quickly, so that I could relax while I was away and not fret about a broken lock. Checked all other locks too (three more).

Two were ok but kitchen door lock had springs which needed replacing.
